jicuri

Jicuri is a new villa in Querétaro designed around privacy, framed views, and the gradual transition between interior and exterior space. Rather than opening the house completely toward its surroundings, carefully positioned windows frame specific moments of landscape, courtyards, and vegetation. Interior patios and planted voids blur the boundary between inside and outside, allowing light, greenery, and shadow to become part of the spatial experience.

"Windows as curated views

Views are revealed with intention and restraint”

"Light defines the atmosphere

Daylight and shadow shape a calm interior character”

"Inside and outside begin to overlap

Nature becomes part of the architectural experience”
