granito house

A large family house shaped around openness, light, and spatial contrast. Double-height spaces, shifting volumes, and carefully framed openings create a sequence of expansive interiors while maintaining privacy toward the street. By placing service areas within the semi-basement, the main floors remain open, social, and connected to the garden. Circulation moves through the house without a central stair core, creating a more dynamic and fluid spatial experience.

"Circulation becomes part of the experience

The house unfolds through shifting and connected spaces”

"Open and closed façades in balance

Large openings contrast with more solid exterior volumes”

"Double heights expand the interior

Vertical openness brings light and spatial generosity”
